COADY Architects, as part of Stewart Construction Design & Build team, has commenced work on the construction of Ireland’s next generation business hub at Dublin Airport Central, a new business campus being developed by the DAA located directly opposite Terminal 2. Phase 1 will provide 20,000SQM of Grade A, LEED ‘Gold’ Certified flexible office space, an elevated pedestrian walkway with direct connections to the terminal buildings and a significant area of landscaped public realm within the campus. The project is programmed for completion by March 2019.

About
This document is a collection of some recent projects I have been heavily involved in over the past 7 years of my career. The aim of this document is to give potential employers/clients an accurate idea of my qualifications and previous working experience to date.
I graduated from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology Ireland (2013). with a BSc Honor’s degree Level 8 in Architectural Technology. I also hold numerous professional qualifications in Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 & BIM related services.
After graduating in 2013 I felt it best to travel abroad for work experience as Ireland had been hit quite hard during the global financial crisis. This took me to New Zealand & Australia where I gained great experience.
I moved back to Ireland where I continued to gain experience working on high profile projects in Dublin.

Experience
In May 2014 after graduating I completed a 12 month Internship with Broomfield Construction Ltd Ireland. I gained invaluable experience working as part of a team. and got a unique insight and first-hand understanding of project procurement, contracts management, and construction technology.

Skills
Over the past 5 years, I have developed many technical, communicational & IT skills Below is sketch representation of some of the many pieces of software I use as an Architectural Technologist to convey or communicate an idea of design.
Ambitions
I hope to continue to expand my knowledge of BIM as an Architectural Technologist. My focus over the next few years is to strengthen my technical knowledge regarding construction detailing but also learn more in the field of construction stage project management and contract law.
