COADY Architects, as part of Stewart Construction Design & Build team, has commenced work on the construction of Ireland’s next generation business hub at Dublin Airport Central, a new business campus being developed by the DAA located directly opposite Terminal 2. Phase 1 will provide 20,000SQM of Grade A, LEED ‘Gold’ Certified flexible office space, an elevated pedestrian walkway with direct connections to the terminal buildings and a significant area of landscaped public realm within the campus. The project is programmed for completion by March 2019.

This Costa Coffee project was a project I was involved in at tender stage. Designs for these units are generally a given this particular unit was a 2,000 sq ft steel frame box with services brought to a point and an outdoor seating area.
