Description
The concept design progresses all the points raised in the site analysis and the review of stage 1 proposal. It recognizes the value of the mature trees, public open spaces, historic buildings and maintains the line of the existing entrance road. New housing is arranged in smaller efficient clusters with strong relationships to the evenly distributed open spaces with efficient road layouts.
