COADY Architects, as part of Stewart Construction Design & Build team, has commenced work on the construction of Ireland’s next generation business hub at Dublin Airport Central, a new business campus being developed by the DAA located directly opposite Terminal 2. Phase 1 will provide 20,000SQM of Grade A, LEED ‘Gold’ Certified flexible office space, an elevated pedestrian walkway with direct connections to the terminal buildings and a significant area of landscaped public realm within the campus. The project is programmed for completion by March 2019.

Modelling Methodology
During my time with Coady Architects, I have been involved in mostly Level 2 BIM projects where Modelling accurately is absolutely critical for coordination & performing clash detection with Structural or MEP models. I have learned quite a few critical dos & donts when modeling in Revit that can save so much time when revising drawings at a later stage. By setting the model up this way it allows you to fully take advantage of what Revit is good at which is to revise instantly.
